Any one else have this problem??

LAYERSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!! I am pregnant with my 4th child and as soon as I find out, I go to get my hair cut. I also have a round face and my hairdresser always tells me to get layers, but make sure they frame your face or else you'll look chubby. Also, I get a sideswept bang so I don't look too plain. This hairstyle looks good with a dress or a tshirt! And about feeling ugly, how can you be ugly? You're a pregnant woman and that's a beautiful thing regardless! Put polish on your nails, get a haircut, (I recommend Matrix Biolage shampoo and conditioner, they made my dry hair look like silk) and try Neutrogena acne pads if the pimples bother you. Remember, you're a queen, whether you feel like one or not! When people look at a pregnant woman they don't see pimples and dry hair, they see beauty!

Its the hormones in your body. My hair is also dry and limp, my nails are breaking easily, i used to have such long beautiful nails, now i can't let them grow to far or they will break. I also am getting pimples, and i've always had a great complexion.

Try using a face cleanser with no oil in it. For your hair, I use Dove Extra Moisture Shampoo And Conditioner. And i put nail polish on my nails to stop them from breaking so easily.

well the breaking out thing is bcuz of the stress about the baby.

you are not ugly and fat, you are beautiful and pregnant carrying a sweet baby!

are you taking your prenatal vitamins? usually that helps somewhat with the hair and nails.

I was told that you are never supposed to get anything more than a trim while you are pregnant because you'll hate the haircut, so I would suggest not doing anything drastically different.

don't worry, it'll all be over in a few months. then you won't have any time to worry about anything but your precious baby.

good luck!

I feel rotund, spotty, and frizzy-haired; I empathise.

The answer, for me, was mostly in good maternity clothes. Forget scrimping and saving so you can buy baby stuff, etc; I think babies also want happy mums. Go buy a smashing outfit for yourself.

Ask your stylist about the dry hair, too. Using one of those once-a-week, 'intense,' conditioners more frequently than once a week helped me a fair bit.

If it makes you feel any better, the stereotypical pregnancy nails are not so great. They feel irritatingly different, and I'm sick of trimming them.

Gotta hate the hormones. I got sick of the hair so I cut it off. Just below my chin, I also have a round face. I can either flip it up or curl it under I went with an A line just to keep it easy and nice looking. I gave up on my nails , I just cut them short and clear coat them. The only thing I found that works on the breakouts is bar soap. (that is just me though, You might want to think twice about that one) If I use my normal face wash, I break out horribly. I am 35 weeks and have just decided it is not worth stressing over. We are almost done. :) I have decided I can manage presentable. Fabulous will have to wait a few more weeks.

If you have dry hair now, try using Alberto VO5. It's a hairdressing product that comes in a tube. It's thick like Vaseline. Squeeze just a little in the palm of your hand and rub your palms together to coat your hands and just work it into the tips of your hair and comb your hair. The comb will distribute it along the strands of your hair. VO5 will condition your hair and keep the ends from splitting.

Don't use too much because your hair will look greasy.

As for the pimples, they will go away by themselves. Just keep your body clean. Being pregnant is no picnic. Some women experience tooth decay. Others land up wearing a larger shoe size because of all the added weight on the feet.

Just try to relax. Pregnancy affects every woman in one way or another and no two pregnancies are the same.

Everything will be fine.

try biosilk. it makes my hair feel soft, smooth, and healthy. plus it adds a shine to it. it may not be cheap but it makes dull hair look great. and go for layers. don't cut your hair too short or you may regret it after the baby is here. as for the acne, i'm sorry. i know what you are going through tho. in my late teens, basically highschool, i had bad acne on my back and chest. and to make things worse i was a swimmer. luckily during swim season the chlorine dried out my skin and helped. but if this is just happening for you now its more likely the hormones. it will more liekly go away after you deliver. you're almost there, goodluck.
