go to the store and buy dark brown hair dye and dye it.

Can't do much about getting it to grow, just gotta be patient

You can dye it any color you want, you're results will be slightly lighter than the box shows since your hair isn't darker, but it'll get it pretty close. BUT you should also think about what will look good with your skintone. Too dark could make you look WAY washed out or yellowish. Longer??? Well you either have to wait for it to grow or shell out some megga $$$$ in order to get extentions, which I can look HORRIBLE if not done right!
