i want to perm my hair but i only want to perm certain parts only.i want to perm the top part of my back hair,can this be done?And which type will suits me best if i have a rounded face and i have medium hair lenght

if you have a round face, curls doesn't flatter you. just get it straightened and layered. also have sideswept bangs to enhance your face. That's just what i suggest :D
