Well, since your hair is thick, I would give it some shape and balance by adding some fun layers, maybe if you really want to set it off get some subtle highlights that will emphasize your cheek bones and SIDESWEPT BANGS. You will never go wrong with side swept bangs they're classy fun and hot and will always make you look stylish. except never cut them yourself.

try getting a small straightening iron and curling your hair in wringletts. It looks adorable. With blonde hair you can do practically anything!

Try curling in inward with lots of body and rat the underneath of your hair to add volume!
