Highlights are a great way to push your look to a new level. Try highlight that are 1-2 shades lighter than your current hair color. Preferably light blonde. Use Clairol's highlighting kits.

If your hair is already medium blond, light blond, and dark blond. I would say to do low lights (add a darker shade for dimension). If your hair is dark brown go with a medium blond hi-light. If your hair is a medium brown go with a light blond. If light brown go with a light blond. Don't use the stuff from Wal-Mart. If you do it your self go to Sally's.
