Go and get your hair cut to just below chin length and have it heavily hi-lighted with bleach if you are young or Wella 12.0 if you are older. It will do wonders for your self esteem.

My friends say blondes do get more looks.Go to a day spa and treat yourself to a facial.Take a self help class.Volunteer.Exercise. Smile. sum of the ppl on this seem to be really mean...don't listen to them everyone has problems with the way they look even if they don't want to admit it. however i don't suggest you cut your hair or do something drastic maybe just go shopping but from the way you described yourself I don't think you should have a problem alot of girls would die to look like that just try looking in the mirror and finding your good points and be thankful for them.

oh and to answer your question..get a new haircut or something.no offence but mouse is a bit of a boring colour.if your parents let you you should dye it dark brown or get highlights.and make sure you dress for your shape.
