You can hear the others saying. "Don't cut it yourself" but not why.

The reason its not a good idea, is because you can't cut it evenly. You can't physically get your arms into position.. even with mirrors.

The results will be a BAD hiarcut which depending on your skill level at cutting hair may be very noticable.

If you are low on cash... let it grow long... tie the hair out of your eyes.. until you can afford to get it cut.

even I have cut my bangs off when trying to cut my own hair-don't try it. if you absolutely must there are places you can get a haircut for like $6-at least they have some schooling

if you have a curling iron use it, I cut my hair every 6 weeks. place the COLD iron in your hair and pull it to the length you want it cut, use the cold iron as a straight edge. I love this way, it is straight no matter what.
